NMS Capital (“NMS”), a leading private equity firm focused on investments within subsectors of Healthcare Services and Business Services, today announced that it has exited its investment in U.S. Urology Partners (the “Company”) through a significant growth investment from General Atlantic, a leading global investor. NMS formed U.S. Urology Partners in 2018 with an investment in a single market group practice and through organic and inorganic growth transformed the Company into one of the nation’s largest urological care services networks encompassing over 180 providers operating throughout 50 clinical locations in five states.

During its ownership, NMS supported U.S. Urology Partners via significant infrastructure, technology, and provider recruitment investment, the hiring of a purpose-built executive team, partnerships with five market-leading provider groups and other subsequent tuck-in affiliations, and the rollout of various new and expanded ancillary service lines across the platform, including outpatient robotic surgery, interventional radiology, clinical research, and chronic care management.

Corina Tracy, Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Urology Partners, commented “Our growth since formation is evidence of the unique value we provide to our patients and physician partners. We have executed against a vision to build a differentiated platform through robust corporate support and infrastructure, superior patient care, and a thoughtful physician partnership model. Our partnership with NMS has been one marked by collaboration, growth, and support and we remain excited for the platform’s next chapter.”

Luis Gonzalez, Senior Partner and Head of Healthcare at NMS, noted “NMS has a long history of partnering with management teams to support leading community-based multi-site provider practices, enabling physicians to deliver world-class care to the patients they serve while remaining autonomous. We wish Corina, our physician partners, and the entire U.S. Urology Partners team continued success in their next phase of growth with General Atlantic.”
